I’m Madison Lightner, a New York–based creative and UGC strategist specializing in high-converting, social-first content. I partner with brands to develop concept-driven videos that look native to the platform. From audience research to concept development, scripting, on-camera performance, shooting, and editing, I focus on producing professional, data-informed, and relatable content that strengthens brand presence and drives measurable results.

I work to turn ideas into high-performing, social-first content. With a background in visual media, I have developed a sharp eye for what stops the scroll and what actually converts.
